Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, weather, customs delays).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by contacting us with your order number.
5. Shipping Delays
If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before reaching out. We will do our best to assist and follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. B.F.N.B is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Incomplete or Lost Deliveries
