At B.F.N.B, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items purchased from our online store under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following:

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Undergarments, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards or digital products
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email us at info@bfnbapparel.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Note: Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
