Description
A specialised pre- and postnatal Pilates class designed to support women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery. These sessions focus on safe, controlled movement to improve strength, posture, mobility, and pelvic floor function while supporting overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Led by a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, each class is tailored to the changing needs of the body during and after pregnancy. Exercises are adapted to suit individual stages and abilities, creating a supportive and empowering environment for mothers at every step of their journey. Classes take place on Mondays at 18:00.
